KINETIUM OIL AND GAS LTD is an integrated service company with proven expertise in providing Engineering Services, Maintenance Services, Installation, Procurement and Supply Chain Support Services, and Marine Logistics Services. The company was established under the Nigeria Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 with expertise through its strategic alliances in the areas of Engineering, Marine logistics, procuremen, construction/ installation, Subsea Intervention, Light Construction, Offshore Support, Subsea systems installation, and Project Management services to the oil and gas sector and other related industries.

As oil services company, KOGL specializes in various aspects of engineering (see “Our Services” below) and the provision of marine logistics to the oil industry. KOGL is a focused, committed Nigeria Content company determined to make a difference.
